My therapy style

  • Raising families and navigating life's developmental challenges is tricky business and so I work to create a warm and safe place to land in our work together to help people realise their own inner capacities and strengths to support change. I work within the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindfulness and Relaxation Training. Understanding the interconnectivity of our biological, psychological, and socio-environmental environments are also important to my work with clients. All therapies are evidence-based.
