Where do I work?

  • I work via telehealth on Tuesdays. I also work in Heidelberg every other Thursday, and on Saturdays.

How long have I worked in mental health?

  • 16 years

Mental health experience

  • I have worked at the Austin Hospital for a number of years in public mental health in various roles, within the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology and the Parent-Infant Research Institute. I also have prior experience working in private practice with adult clients.

Who do I treat?

  • Adults (18+ years)

Areas of expertise

  • I work with individuals who are experiencing depression and/or anxiety, as well as stress, self-esteem, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties occurring during periods of significant life transitions. I have a particular interest in antenatal and postnatal health and wellbeing, and the transition to parenthood.

My therapy style

  • I enjoy working with each individual client in a supportive and collaborative manner in an effort to explore and understand their unique story and circumstances, while also striving to promote positive change and enhancing personal resilience. I utilise a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques depending on the clients' needs; these include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment and Mindfulness based strategies.​
